AUTO INJURY IN PLANO, TX

Our Goal is to Ease Your Pain and Help You Move Comfortably Again

COMMON INJURIES WE TREAT

Muscle Strain

Muscle strain in your neck and back are common after a crash, especially when your body tenses or twists on impact. Pain and stiffness can build over the next 24 to 72 hours, so an early exam helps document the injury and rule out anything more serious.

Whiplash

Whiplash happens when your head snaps forward and back, straining the neck’s muscles and ligaments. Symptoms like neck pain, headaches, and reduced range of motion can show up hours or even days later, so getting evaluated early helps document the injury and start the right care plan.

Joint Pain

Joint pain, such as in your spine, knees, and wrists, can come from sprains, joint restriction, or inflammation after an auto accident. Untreated, it can get worse over time. We help restore normal joint motion, reduce irritation around the nerves, and improve stability through targeted therapy and guided rehab.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Many people have questions about their Auto Injury.

If you see something that we didn't cover,

contact us to find out more information.

Q1: If I've been in a wreck, do I need an attorney or doctor referral to see you?

No, you can see us without an attorney or doctor referral. If you decide you want an attorney later, you're free to do so.

Q2: What do I need to bring on my first visit for my auto injury?

1. Copy of your police report, if you have it

2. Claim information (claim number, insurance carrier, adjuster's name & phone number)

3. Valid photo ID

4. Completed initial paperwork (if you printed it ahead of time)

Q3: Do you refer to other medical providers?

Yes. The initial evaluation will determine if your injuries are in the scope of practice for chiropractic. If they're not, we will refer you to another physician who can help, such as an orthopedist or neurologist.

After about two weeks of treatment, a re-evaluation will be performed, and if you are not progressing as expected, we will refer you to another physician who can help.

Q4: How long are the sessions and how many visits am I expected to complete?

Treatment plans can vary greatly, depending on the injury, but generally each session is around 20 minutes. We like to see you 2-3 per week until you reach around 18 visits or 2 months, but again, this can change based on your individual case.

Q5: Do you accept Letters of Protection?

Yes, we accept Letters of Protection from attorneys. They can email us at [email protected] for a quick response.

Q6: Do you accept Workers Comp or Slip & Falls?

The short answer is No. We only accept Workers Comp injuries and Slip & Fall Cases if payment is made at time of service. We will then provide you with an itemized bill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Q7: Do you treat minors?

Yes. A parent or guardian must accompany a minor 17 years and younger.
